The Week 3 Legendary Review

Well everyone Fall is officially here, and while Adam Thielen is sitting in his rocking chair yelling at the kids on the lawn, Tua still thinks it’s training camp, Brett Farve is making jiffy pop on the stove, CMC is in das boot, this season is off and running. After a week 3 that was a little less crazy than the previous, we got back to more of what we’re used to…The Jersey Shore! Nothing but blowouts and land mines! While some of our teams are busy getting their GTL in, others look more like Snooki the morning after…woof! Let’s take a quick look at the league rankings:

There’s only one undefeated team and everyone has at least 1 win. So there’s still a legitimate shot for everyone to make the playoffs. Alright now that you’re done crying or giving yourself a pat on the back let’s get into the reviews!

Sticking with the format let’s give it up to our Week 3 King of the Ring, yours truly! With 148.78-89.38 The Motorboaters were cruising in open waters, and while it looked sketchy going into the week starting Darnell Mooney and Juan Winnings…we will take 46.5pts from a waiver plug and play all day everyday! On the flip side, I think Willie forgot to take the restrictor plate off cause No Limit seems to be stuck in first gear. When the J-E-T-S jets jets jets (if you did the chant in your head take a shot!) defense is almost your top scoring option…back to the drawing board indeed brotha!

Next on the docket…Jeans new nickname is CEO cause he’s just taking care of business this year! 142.82-99.38, 3-0, most points scored, Ja’Marr Chase doing Ja’Marr Chase things and 2 Live Crew…this must be like current 2 Live Crew and not Freaknik 2 Live Crew. Just time to shake off the dust and get back in the booth sir! AiYUK was disappointing and that Raiders D gave you the Gander. (Negative points)

Welcome back Trenton and the Sliders! In what was a get right week against a former champion, get right they did! 117.28-86.82 Kevin must have left the pantry open cause Malik Nabers was in that bitch just stomping on the bread! 28.2 points from the rookie and his second straight week of being a WR 1. Scary Terry was just waiting for the right season, and Breece is Breece. Bread winners had Olave with 20.6 and Aubrey the kicker (12pts) and DJ (15.2)…you and Willie must be taking the same art class.

Next up in what was our only close game this week, looks like the endgame was to go WR heavy and it payed off. 103.38-95.02 Jettas, Godwin and Garrett Wilson all showed up for Kris and he needed them to. Cause on Corey’s side the Goonsquad had Saquan and Derick Henry put up 30+ points, and DK had it his way….you rule! (You know the drill: if you said YOU RULE! drink up buddy) with 20 and I’m looking at the box score like “how???” then I see it…two geese and a gander. 0 from the kicker 0 from Rashid Shaheed NEGATIVE 6 from Dallas! Not -0.6, -6 full points! And to top it Trevor Lawrence was so bad benching him has become an option in JAX.

We back babyyy indeed! Quan and Third Times a Charm going up against Daniel and the Diamond Dawgs! 132.38-103.14 a dominate 30 point win from Quan and it takes more than Dallas Goedert to win you a week and the Diamond Dawgs crumbled like coal. Kyren and Rice had 30,the Sun God with 20. It takes a village to win a week, and I think you left yours down in the mines…what’s the saying about big dogs and porches???

Last but certainly not least. We got Pilar and Seth in what was some personal revenge for Seth! Rising up from the depths like Davey Jones at the helm of the Flying Dutchman, Legion of the Dead Sea puts up a solid 124.08 to Team Ramon’s 87.72. I guess someone couldn’t clear immigration cause they didn’t even show up. Just like the Bills, Josh Allen is about all Pilar has over there. Lamari Jooper combined for over 50 and James Cook just serving up L’s
